1. Dy. General Manager(Risk Management) - 01 Post
Age Limit: 50 Years
Qualification: Any Post Graduate most preferably Mathematics/Statistics or CA, ICWAI or any Engineering Graduate with FRM qualification or any PG/Diploma course on Risk Management . CAIIB is desirable
Experience:
12-15 years in banking with at least 5 years of experience in risk management, of which 2 years of experience as Executive in risk management department
2. Dy. General Manager(Chief Economics) - 01 Post
Age Limit: 35-50 Years
Qualification: Doctorate or PG in Economics & MBA Finance - CAIIB desirable
Experience:
12-15 years overall with 5 years in banking
3. Dy. General Manager(Training) - 01 Post
Age Limit: 50 Years
Qualification: MBA, Ph.D in any area in HR
Experience:
Minimum 20 years of banking Experience of which at least 5 years as branch head and at least 5 years as faculty in the Training department of the bank
4. Asst. General Manager(Information Technology)
Age Limit: 35-45 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech. Additional Qualifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, Project Management Certification, MBA-IT/Systems will be given in preference
Experience:
10 - 12 years. candidates should preferably have worked for 2 years as Asst. General Manager or Chief Manager in IT division of a bank for minimum of 2 years.
5. Asst. General Manager(Law)
Age Limit: 35-45 years
Qualification: PG/Graduate in Law, Qualification as a company secretary would be added as an advantage
Experience:
10-12 years. Must have worked in Commercial Banks/Financial Institutions etc. in Law/Recovery Department and handled related works for minimum of 4 years. Practise as an Advocate will be added as advantage
6. Chief Manager(Corporate Communication)
Age Limit: 35-45 Years
Qualification: Degree in Mass Communication/Journalism from a recognised university. MBA qualification would be added as preference
Experience:
Candidate shall have good liaison with press, Media, Ad agencies and have vision for image building of the bank and shall have innovation to contribute for image building. Working Experience of minimum 7 years in public sector Banks or in a leading private sector in Officer Cadre/leading Financial institution of National Level/ Public sector undertaking, for a minimum period of 7 years
